If we had sailed for 8 hours to get to Battambang, it would take us 4 hours by bus to return to Siem Reap where a plane awaits us to reach Southern Cambodia in Sihanoukville.

It's lunchtime when we arrive in Siem Reap. Delicious spring rolls will do the trick!

It's already dark when we arrive in Sihanoukville (it's the former king, father of the current king, who gave his name to the city). A taxi takes us from the airport to our small bungalow located about a hundred meters from the beach.

The crescent Moon is heading towards its first quarter, showing us its superb craters.

The place is very quiet, most tourists are on the beaches of Sihanoukville itself.

A small gradient of colors in the Indian Ocean, or more precisely in the Gulf of Thailand.

And off we go, we're packing up. The beach is nice but not for too long! One morning will be more than enough for us!
